No, when a creature leaves the battlefield, auras hooked up to it should fall off and die. The creature that returns, even when it is the identical card, is a brand new object with no relation to its former existence.
When a creature dies or in any other case leaves the battlefield, auras hooked up to it should die:
704.5m If an Aura is hooked up to an unlawful object or participant, or isn’t hooked up to an object or participant, that Aura is put into its proprietor’s graveyard.
The creature that returns is a brand new object that has nothing to do with its earlier existence. The aura that died was by no means hooked up to that new creature.
